The FlashFX brand
The logo, colours, and type we use, and how to refer to FlashFX in writing. If you are covering FlashFX or building something alongside it, take what you need from this page.
Logo
Using it
- Leave clear space around the mark on all sides: roughly a quarter of its width.
- Place it on the base navy, on white, or on a plain background with enough contrast.
- Do not recolour it, stretch it, rotate it, or add effects.
- Do not place it on a busy image where the mark stops reading.
A vector version is not available yet. For print or any use above 192 pixels, ask us on X rather than upscaling the PNG.
Colour
A deep navy base with a single yellow doing the work. Purple and blue are supporting accents, not co-primaries.

The primary brand colour. Buttons, highlights, and emphasis.

Type
Three families, all available on Google Fonts. Inter sets every heading, a geometric sans carries reading and UI, and a monospace handles anything numeric.

Name and boilerplate
Writing the name
One word. Capital F, capital F and X at the end. No space, no hyphen, and not in all caps.

FlashFX is a browser-based motion graphics and video editing platform, an alternative to After Effects and Premiere Pro. It runs in a tab with no install, and has a free tier. FlashFX was founded on 1 January 2024 by Gabriele Bolognese, its founder and CEO.
